Leading Practice Library

Our Leading Practices Library is a comprehensive online library of tools and techniques from ‘top’ performing financial advice practices. The library is updated on an ongoing basis as new leading practices emerge, providing highly relevant and targeted strategies to drive business improvements.

The Leading Practices Library is structured according to the Customer Touch-Points model, covering key operational, sales and marketing elements of financial advice practices. The Customer Touch-Points form the measurement dimensions in the Client Experience Survey, they are the categories used for Practice Benchmarking and they provide the structure for the Leading Practices Library thus providing the critical link between each program module.
