Practice Benchmarking

Our Practice Benchmarking module enables you to better understand your relative position in the market. It delivers three critical insights:

  1. How you perform compared to similar practices;
  2. How the market is performing as a whole at any point in time; and
  3. How market performance and dynamics change over time.

Data from the Client Experience Survey is used as the basis for Practice Benchmarking. Via the interactive web portal, you can control the ‘type’ of practice against which you are benchmarked (e.g. based on annual turnover, number of employees, target clients etc.) and can also set geographic parameters. Benchmark data is continually updated in the web portal as new practices complete the program.
